Great Plains 10 Chart Control error

What is wrong?
You initially get an internet explorer script error and there is no chart on GP 10 when you log into see your company data.

The explenation
This is caused by the implementation of a chart control utility from Microsoft Office to be included in the software like a plug-in. When your computer is missing the chart control utility you will get the error and not be able to browse the charts.
Likely scenarios
You will likely see this error on new computers that are being installed with Office 07. Since the utility is linked with Office 03, computers without having Office 03 installed on them will most likely not have this utility available.
Tips for success
Add this error information in your documentation in the notes section. If you do run into this error during installation you will have an easy fix.
